Verandah

Terrace

An open-air dining stage where the river provides the soundtrack and candlelight sets the mood. Whether it’s a romantic dinner, a deep conversation, or a quiet moment under the stars, this space lingers long after the night ends.

Sports Court

Move, play, stretch, or dance—whatever feels right. By day, it’s a playground for games and movement; on select nights, it transforms into an open-air cinema under the stars. We will supply the popcorn—this space is yours.

The Tea House

More than just an outdoor living room, this open-air garden lounge is where the tea is spilled, the gossip is good, and the vibes are immaculate. Sink into the sofas, take in the 360-degree nature views and enjoy the sounds of the creek the best-kept secrets of the forest.

4.8 acres of wild beauty, where ancient trees stand tall, creeks flow, and wildlife thrives. A place to slow down, stretch out, and soak in nature’s quiet magic—a sanctuary for dreamers, wanderers and barefoot explorers—welcome to the Gaybors Estate.

The Pool & Bar

Suspended above the valley, this heated saltwater infinity pool is a place to refresh, unwind and take in the view. It’s perfect for a cooling dip, a warm evening soak, or a slow, effortless float beneath the open sky. Whether you’re starting your day with a peaceful swim or letting the warmth of the water melt the evening away, this is a space designed for pure relaxation.

Surrounded by luxurious bamboo decking, the poolside is designed for barefoot comfort, sun-soaked lounging, and moments of quiet indulgence. Recline on a poolside bench with a book, or simply take in the beauty of the valley. The pool bar, nestled between the deck and pantry, is the perfect spot to pause—whether you’re taking a break from the water, enjoying a light bite, or sipping on a beautifully crafted cocktail as the sun sets welcome to your home sweet home.

The Rattana Ruen Suite (เรือนรัตนา)

Designed as a sanctuary of elegance and refinement, the Rattana Ruen Suite lives up to its name, meaning "House of Precious Gems". The Phaya Naga Suite (พญานาค)

Nestled beside a flowing stream, the Phaya Naga Suite draws inspiration from the mystical Naga, the serpent guardian of Thailand’s rivers. According to legend, the Phaya Naga brings protection, prosperity and spiritual wisdom to those who honor it. This suite embodies water’s peaceful yet powerful energy, with a private balcony overlooking the creek, making it an ideal setting for romantic escapes or quiet reflection. The Doi Suthep Room (ห้องดอยสุเทพ)

The Chom Doi Suite (ชมดอย)

Perched atop a beautifully converted rice barn, Chom Doi offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the entire property. Named after the Thai phrase meaning "to admire the mountain", this room provides a perfect vantage point to take in the lush surroundings. With teak bed poles repurposed from the original rice barn, it retains a sense of history while embracing a countryside charm. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful, elevated retreat with a stunning perspective.

The Sang Arun Suite (แสงอรุณ)

A room filled with light, warmth and vibrant energy, the Sang Arun Suite is named after the Thai words for "morning light", reflecting its bright and uplifting atmosphere. Inspired by the radiance of a sunrise, this suite features a striking fusion of bold colors and traditional indigo hill tribe accents, creating a joyful and refreshing space. Whether waking up to soft morning glows or basking in the golden-hour hues, this room radiates positivity and renewal.

The Lai Sai Suite (ไหลสาย)

Embracing the tranquil flow of water, the Lai Sai Suite is named after the gentle movement of a stream, symbolizing peace, renewal and nature’s steady rhythm. This uniquely designed room sits above a flowing creek, where the soothing sound of water creates a deeply relaxing atmosphere. The Ruen Lek Suite (เรือนเล็ก)

Perched just above the bubbling creek, the Ruen Lek Suite is a cozy and intimate retreat designed for those who cherish solitude, comfort and connection to nature. The name "Ruen Lek" (Little House) reflects its charm—small yet full of warmth and character. Overlooking the gentle flow of water, this room provides a tranquil escape for quiet contemplation. A blend of modern paintings and antique furnishings adds to its intimate charm, making it the perfect choice for travelers seeking simplicity, authenticity and peace.

The Monthly Cost

The costs are at a reduced rate for our grand opening which are:

Shared Room: $1,500 USD
Private Room: $2,500 USD

Three month commitment is required along with a deposit of $500 which is applied towards your stay. We provide a discount to approved LGBTQ+ influencers who agree to create and share content of their experience.

I first came to Thailand as a traveller, searching for something new but what I found was a vision that felt like home. When I met Todd and learned about his dream for Gaybor Houses and the Gaybors Estate, I knew straight away I wanted to be a part of it. Together, we’ve creating something more than just a space—it’s a real, caring community, a space where people from all over the world can connect, feel safe and truly belong which is needed more than ever.

This place is important to me because I know what it’s like to search for a home, not just a holiday. The Gaybors Estate is designed to be somewhere you don’t just visit—you return to. A space that ignites the soul, reawakens a sense of freedom and joy, and stays with you long after you leave.

You can expect comfort and connection—a place where you can relax, be yourself and find your people. Whether you’re here to celebrate, explore, or just breathe, I hope this space gives you exactly what you need.
